No for browsing and searching: you can explore listings without signing in. An account is required to save favorites, contact a publisher when the flow asks for it, publish your own property, or use agency tools. Sign up with email or an available social provider, then complete your profile so publishers can reach you.

How do I find homes that match what I want?

Open New search, choose buy or rent, optionally pick a city, then set filters such as rooms, budget and surface. Run the search to see active listings. You can refine filters and search again anytime. Open a listing for the full gallery, map, characteristics and publisher details.

Question 3

Why is a listing title or description in another language?

Accepted Answer

Listings are written by owners and agencies in their own language. When your interface language differs from the listing’s language, Nadly may translate the title, description and Nadly AI analysis automatically. Translations are for convenience and can contain mistakes — if something looks wrong, treat the original intent carefully and confirm details with the publisher.

How do I contact an owner or agency?

Open the listing and use the contact actions (call or message, depending on what the publisher enabled). You may need to be signed in and to share a callback name and phone so they can reply. Nadly connects you with the publisher; it does not negotiate or schedule visits on your behalf. Keep your details accurate so they can reach you.

Question 5

Who sees my phone or email when I inquire?

When you contact a listing, the details you provide (and relevant profile information) are shared with that publisher so they can respond. They are not published publicly on the listing page. Do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone claiming to be Nadly support.

How do favorites work?

Accepted Answer

While signed in, tap the heart on a listing to save it. Open Favorites in the navigation to revisit your shortlist. Removing a heart unsaves it. Favorites stay on your account across web and app once you are logged in with the same account.

Question 7

How do I publish my property?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, open My property, and create a listing: photos, price, location, type (sale or rent), rooms and a clear description. Complete each step until the listing is submitted. Strong photos and an accurate address help you get serious inquiries. You can manage the listing afterward from My property.

Question 8

Can I edit, pause or remove a listing after publishing?

Yes. Open My property, select your listing, and update details, photos or status according to the options shown (edit, pause or remove). Pause when the home is temporarily unavailable; remove or mark it unavailable when it is rented or sold so seekers do not contact you by mistake.

I represent an agency. How do I publish on Nadly?

Agency accounts can create and manage listings after onboarding and verification. Create your Nadly account, then email us from your professional address with your agency name and needs so we can guide you through agency setup. Once enabled, you manage listings and contacts from your account.

Question 10

Is Nadly a real-estate agency or broker?

Accepted Answer

No. Nadly is a marketplace: we provide the technology to discover, display and manage listings. Unless we say otherwise for a specific case, Nadly is not the seller, landlord or broker of record, and is not a party to the lease or sale. Always do your own checks and work directly with the publisher.

Question 11

What is the mortgage estimate on sale listings?

On some sale listings, Nadly shows an illustrative monthly payment based on the listed price and a current reference rate. It is an estimate only — not a loan offer, approval or commitment from a bank. Actual rates, fees and eligibility depend on your bank and personal situation.

Question 12

Why did a listing disappear or become unavailable?

Accepted Answer

Publishers can pause, update or remove a listing when a home is rented, sold or no longer offered. If a page is gone, search again in the same area or city with similar filters. Saved favorites may also become unavailable if the publisher took the listing down.

Question 13

I can’t sign in or I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in screen, use Forgot password, enter the email for your account, and open the reset link we send. Check spam/junk if nothing arrives within a few minutes. If the link expired, request a new one. Still blocked? Write to us from that email address and describe what happens (including any error message).

Question 14

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Email us from the address linked to your Nadly account and clearly request account deletion. We process requests according to our Privacy policy and applicable law. If you also published listings, say whether those should be removed as part of the request.
