Please read these Terms carefully before using Nadly.
1. Who we are
Nadly (“Nadly”, “we”, “us”) operates a digital real-estate marketplace for properties in Israel, available on the web and mobile applications. These Terms of use govern your access to and use of Nadly’s services.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, publishing content or otherwise using Nadly, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use Nadly on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at contact@nadly.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Marketplace role
Nadly provides technology to discover, display and manage real-estate listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nadly is not the seller, landlord, broker of record, or party to any lease or sale contract between users.
6. Listings and user content
Users and agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and freshness of titles, descriptions, prices, photos, availability and contact details they publish. Misleading, fraudulent or infringing content is prohibited.
7. Prohibited use
You may not misuse Nadly, scrape the service in an abusive way, interfere with security, impersonate others, harass users, or use Nadly for unlawful purposes under Israeli or other applicable law.
8. Agencies
Agency features may require verification and compliance with local professional rules. Nadly may suspend agency access if verification fails or if listings repeatedly violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Nadly’s trademarks, branding, software and interface are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service as intended. You retain rights to your listing content, and grant Nadly a license to host, display and translate it to operate the service.
10. Translations
Nadly may display automated translations of listing text. Translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors; the original content remains the reference when conflicts arise.
11. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the product.
12. Disclaimers
Listings are provided by third parties. Nadly does not warrant the condition of properties, the solvency of counterparties, or the outcome of any transaction. Perform your own due diligence.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on listings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law. You may stop using Nadly at any time and request account deletion via contact@nadly.app.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
